AIM - Attendance Improvement Management
Home
Welcome to AIM

  • The AIM program is designed to integrate schools, law enforcement, courts, and the juvenile justice system to keep students in school, on track to graduate, and out of the criminal justice system.
  • AIM is for chronic truants who are under jurisdiction of the court and at highest risk of dropping out.
  • GPS technology allows time-sensitive monitoring and coaching of students so they stay in compliance with their court orders, go to school and observe curfews set by the judge.
  • The AIM program gets students to SHOW UP so schools can help them CATCH UP through tutoring and credit recovery. AIM has been proven to get chronic truants to show up for class 97% to 98% of the time and help these at-risk youth to learn the rewards of being responsible and accountable.
AIM students stay in school, get on track to graduate and stay out of the criminal justice system.

Let us show you how.
